YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE YOUR EYESif ten million fireflies lit upTHE WORLD AS I FELL ASLEEP Coming back from hanging out with just Maria always made Cole in a good mood. No one but himself and his best friend, and also roommate Isaac Crow. they had been friends for pretty much all of their high school lives, thought neither of them were actually going to college. Cole had not real plans to even go to college, never really did; but he didn't know about Isaac. but then again, he couldn't see the boy sit still that long.
He knew the boy all to well. Isaac was that kind that never was abgle to sit still. And at night the two of them were loud and always seemed to get yelled at and they needed to calm down before they were legally able to drink, not that he could see Isaac ever drinking. Cole? there was no doubt that he would be clubbing and having a good time out there with some beer or something like that. Did he really care though? Not really. He only had his eyes on one girl, and he knew that he could never have her. She only thought of him as a best friend. Stupid boy, stupid stupid boy. falling for Maria. She was so sweet and lovable and he just couldn't not fall for her.
What a stupid boy he was. climbing up the back stairs instead of using hte elevator like normal people, Cole just wanted a moment to think. Did Isaac have any idea who Maria liked? Clearly it wasn't himself, but Cole would do anything for Maria, she just didn't know that. opening the door to the fourth floor of the five story apartment building, he walked down the hall, and then around another two halls until he got to his apartment. Reaching into his pocket. Did he really drop his keys somewhere? Sighing, he retraced his steps own to the stairs of the second floor, were on the fourth step, barely staying on the step, but no less there. Sighing, he ran down the stairs and grabbed his keys before running back up and going back to his apartment. Would Isaac be there or was he out causing trouble without him?
Opening the door, he walked into the room and then sighed, looking around and then walking over to the tv, grabbing the remote. He jumped onto the couch -- no less landing with a thump -- and put his feet up on the very cheep coffee table. Cole waited until Isaac should come out from where-ever he is.

Isaac was a boy of many questions but very little answers, there was always something he wanted to know more about or he knew to little and didn't understand. His mind always wandered and he never found himself able to concentrate on a single thing at once, he was the king of multi tasking, well he would be anyways. But no, even multitasking became to hard for the boy when he got distracted inside his mind thinking about questions he wanted answered or something he wanted to do. So it wasn't hard to imagine the spectacle that was going on at that very moment for Isaac as he tumbled over the edge of his bed a teal gameboy color in one hand and a bottle of blue gatorade, not capped, in the other. He hadn't meant to plunge over the edge of the bed, but in the midst of trying to take a sip from his gatorade he had spotted a roaming pokemon trainer on his screen and had taken the moment to loose track of the bottle coming towards his face in hopes of battling the trainer. At that point he lost his footing on his comforter and thus fell hitting the ground and his gatorade spilling all over his clothes. Laying on his back for only a few seconds, a broad smile drew across Isaac's face, bemused by the whole situation. Quickly he shed his current pair of pants and shirt and exchanged it for a whale shirt. But as he searched his closet for a pair of jeans he found none. Sure he wasn't the most organized of males, but he liked to think he had an organized mess and the fact that he couldn't find a single book confused him greatly. Wandering aimlessly around the room he shifted around books, other clothes, magazines, he even lifted up his computer in hoped of a pair of pants being hidden behind it however unlikely it may have been. But all of these actions had no effect, he still could not find a pair of jeans. It didn't take long before he got bored of his search and ended up walking straight out of his bedroom and into walked down the small narrow hallway that lead to the main room in he an cole's apartment. Sure it wasn't the nicest of places but Isaac loved it all the same, it was home, and he felt no need to have to wear pants if he was at home anyways. Looking into the room he spotted Cole on the couch and instantly sat on his legs which were extending from the couch to the coffee table. "You know, your feet really aren't supposed to go on tables." He laughed to himself, finding the idea that you weren't allowed to have feet on the table to be utterly ridiculous. "I've never really understood why people say that, I don't think it's all that wrong to have your feet on the table. It's like saying no hands on the carpet, except with your feet and a table. But still it doesn't make sense at all, not in the slightest nope." He kept rambling on for a while longer before looking away from Cole and at his shirt, he had only just noticed it had a whale on the front, it made Isaac grin. He had gotten the shirt a few weeks ago and had lost it upon putting the bag in his room, but in his search for pants he had picked up that shirt and put it on. Odd how you loose one thing, but gain something else in return. Which reminded him about the fact that he had only boxers on, boxers with the bat man logo to be more precise. Swinging his head back quickly towards Cole, the few strands of blonde locks that didn't have any ounce of gel on them. For some strange reason Isaac had decided to put gel in his hair, he usually liked to play with it in his hands in the morning but before it ever got to his hands he would end up washing off by mistake, but for once it actually made it to his hair. The effect was a more whispy and jagged look to his hair rather than just straight and boring, he liked it a lot though he doubted it would ever look the same again. Having noticed that he had veered away in his mind, away from speaking to Cole again, Isaac reeled himself back in long enough to address the problem at hand. The question that had been going through his mind off and on for the past ten minutes or so, but still very important. "Hey, have you seen any of my pants?" The phrase just made Isaac grin like a big buffoon, there wasn't a particular reason why, he just couldn't help but smile, it was a habit. He did it so often it was like blinking, it just happened naturally. "I mean my boxers are nice and airy, but I still want to find my pants. Otherwise, how can I go outside?! I'll get ostracized for being the pantsless man and after so much humiliation I will be forced to forever live inside our apartment and you'll have to do everything because no one will want to see my barren legs, especially in the middle of winter." Isaac nodded as if to affirm the statement he had just made, however ridiculous the statement actually was.
