It was a pretty spring day and Aurora was bored. There wasn't really anything to do. Luckly for Aurora she had August to excite her day. She texted him saying come to the park. The park was just down the street from her house so it was always the place sent would go to relax. Aurora walked down to the park and sat down on a bench. She sighed and looked around. The park was pretty full today which was kind of weird. Most people were on vacation and went away for trips. Aurora wasn't use to the place being this full. Was that gonna stop her from having a little fun? Nope. She was gonna act like an idiot if there were people there or not.
Aurora sighed again. Did it really take him this long to get there? Oh he probably was goofing off and screwing with random strangers. Aurora wasn't as hyper as August so she never could goof off as much as him. While thinking back to a few of the fun moments the two had Aurora's phone started ringing. It was a text message from her last ex boyfriend. It was so weird for him to text her. She frowned and just shut her phone. Would she ever get away from him. She knew the only reason he was calling was because he was looking for another booty call. Aurora was stupid and did that once and that pretty much screwed up her life. Aurora needed August to hurry up and get there so she didn't get much more depressed.

Eating. He didn't actually live that far from the park, so it wasn't going to take him very long to get there at all. Finishing up his bagel, he sighed and walked up the stairs of his house to his room. Opening the door, that clearly had a do not enter sign on it -- as it was put there because of his Step father, he hated it when people went through his things -- into a huge3 mess of cloths, and comic books and all sorts of other things. Hell, there was a half a pizza in the box from last night still on the end of his bed.
He looked around for an actual clean shirt, as he wasn't even wearing a shirt for that matter. His step father couldn't even see why August would walk around in just a pair of skinny jeans and no shirt. August was sure that the man was just crazy. I mean, almost all guys --who are teenagers at least -- walk around without a shirt on when they usually get up. But Scott just seemed to be disgusted by August. How could anyone like both genders? Honestly, August wasn't even sure if he was bisexual anymore. he really didn't care if you were a girl or a guy anymore. Maybe he was pan-sexual. That might fit him much more. Though, he was sure that Scott would just flip a shit and then which could be really funny, but then he wouldn't have anywhere to go if Scott kicked him out. Sure, his mother accepted him but Scott pretty much had all rein over everything in the house. Though, August was eighteen, so he didn't actually have to listen to him anymore.
Going through his drawers he pulled a white fox shirt over his head and shoulders, grabbed some socks and his shoes before he tripped over something in his room. okay, so he really needed to clean it up. Whatever. He would do that later, or never. Probably never. he walked down the stairs, walking past Scott, hitting him with his shoulder as he walked by. Now Scott didn't seem to like that, so he shoved August and told him to watch were he was going. Jerk. he walked out of the house, and grabbed his skateboard from the pouch before he headed off to hte park. About ten minutes later he was skating into the park and looking around for his blonde haired friend. He looked around and soon spotted his lovely friend. He skated over to the park bench that she was on and stopped in front of her. "I didn't keep you waiting to long did I?'' he asked, a huge smile on his face.

Aurora knew it would take August time to get there. He always enjoyed taking his time. She didn't see how he could do that. Aurora was the type to hurry and get there and not just take her sweet time. That was just one thing Aurora had to learn to live with while she was friends with August. Aurora closed her eyes and just started to think about everything that had happened to her in the past year. It had been a bad emotional roller coaster. Went from normal woman to dating. From dating to pregnant and married. From married to divorced and a miscarriage. It was a crazy time for her. She couldn't believe how stupid she was being with that guy. She knew he was bad news but she thought she could fix him. That's all Aurora wanted. To fix guys and make them better.
Aurora's eyes opened when she heard August's voice. She overly dramatically frowned and pouted. Crossing her arms she looked up at him. "Yes you did." She said. The frown and pout didn't last long. She couldn't stay mad at him for long. "I forgive you." She said with a laugh and patted the bench next to her. The stupid ringtone went off again and Aurora sighed. Would he not leave her alone? Good thing she looked before she hit a button. The jerk was calling this time. He just wasn't ever gonna leave her alone. Aurora held the phone out for August. "You deal with him please. He just won't listen to me." She said shaking her head.

When you were around August, you would have to learn that he was really a lazy boy, and he just took things as they came to him. He never was the boy to run around doing a million things at once, oh no. he was that boy who had a stack of papers that he had to do in an hour and barely working on them. He was lazy and rarely ever did what he was told. In a lesser sense, he was probably not going to pass his junior year, but that was fine with him. Honestly, if he didn't pass he was just going to drop out, and work at a clothing store all his life. he was perfectly fine with that Though, his mother wouldn't take that nearly as well. Oh no. And Scott would just behead him at the spot. But then again, he could always beg Aurora to let him stay on her couch for a while. But then he would feel like a mooch, which was something he didn't want to do either. okay, so he really didn't know what he was gonna do if he dropped out of school. Maybe he should work on actually caring more and being less carefree and taking his time.
Looking at Aurora as she pouted at him, he smiled at her. "I'm sorry." he said, looking at her, giving her almost a puppy dog look. he smiled when smiled at her when she forgave him almost instantly. It was nearly impossible to stay mad at the boy when you were good friends with him. He was sweet, and cute, and he knew it. He swayed back and forth on his heels of his sneakers. he was about to say something when her phone went off. He watched her for a moment before he was handed the phone. He looked at the caller ID before smiling devilishly. Remember. You put me up to this." he said to her, smiling at her before hitting the button and answering in a very deep voice that did not fit August at all.
"Hello?' he said. "who's this? this isn't Aurora! August rolled his eyes and smiled. "I don't know any Aurora. And i didn't know my phone got text messages either, but its causing me to have a huge fucking bill. so i would like it if you stopped text messaging and calling my number.'' he said, before he even got an answer, he hung up. he smiled at Aurora and then handed her the phone back. "Ta Da!" he said, in his normal, higher voice then what he was talking in before.
